Do I need someone to check in or check out?

At RELIEBE you don't have to worry about this. Completely autonomous with a digital card that we will send to your mobile phone a few days before.

Do you offer an airport pick-up service?

Yes, but it's not included in the price. To request it, please contact us at reservas@reliebe.com.

I have a discount code. How can I use it?

If you book directly on our website, you can add your promotion code when searching once you have selected the date.

Can I bring my pet?

Currently, RELIEBE does not allow pets to stay.

Are coffee and water from common areas included in the price?

We have a water dispensing machine in our facilities, filtered so that your customers can enjoy water or tea. Coffee in the lobby is also included as long as it hasn't been sold out before its weekly refill (you can use your own capsules in our machine).
